APPLICATIONS
Machine Structure
The machine is composed of high rigidity on the four-direction symmetrical H-shaped column and the stability based on a low center of gravity structure.
Rotary Table
YASDA's in house built high-precision rotary table equipped with a DD(Direct Drive) motor enables simultaneous 5-axis machining which requires high responsiveness. As a chucking system System 3R macro magnum or EROWA power chuck is avaliable.
Thermal Distortion Stabilizing System
Measures against thermal displacement have been developed based on YASDA's decades long experience and technological advancements. YASDA's unique system blocks rapid thermal distortion and maintains stable high precision machining.
NC
15" touch panel display mounted with FANUC iHMI interface and YASDA's User interface "OpeNe Version 2.0" provide intuitive operation and high functionality. The "OpeNe version 2.0" provide the operator with complete details of the machine and innovative solutions.
Spindle
YASDA's 40,000min⁻¹ spindle realizes stable and high-precision machining for longer periods of time regardless of the tool type or rotation speed.
ATC
YMC 650 is equipped a automatic tool changer (ATC) with 32 tools standard. The number of tools can be expanded up to 90 tools. This compact 90-tools ATC needs the same installation space like the standard 32-stools ATC.
Guide Way
The combination of ultra precision linear guides and linear motor drives realizes an ultra high level of straightness and smoothness during axis movement.
