HORIZONTAL 5-AXIS PRECISION CENTER
H40i is a table on table 5 axis machine employing high power DD motors on the B and C axis as highly rigid linear guide ways support high feed with high production capacity.

Machine Structure
H40i is designed to handle the versatile performance for 5-axis applications, due to its rigidity, high speed and high accuracy.
Spindle
YASDA's 20,000min⁻¹ spindle as standard. The highly accurate spindle minimizes thermal distortion and helps to achieve the desired accuracy.
NC
15" touch panel display mounted with FANUC iHMI interface and YASDA's User interface "OpeNe Version 2.0" provides intuitive operation and high functionality. The "OpeNe version 2.0" provides the operator with innovative solutions and complete details of the machine.
ATC/APC
ATC: H40i is equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) with 60 tools standard. With additional magazines the number of tools can be expanded up to 240 tools.
APC:Automatic pallet changer (APC) is standard. Pre Load Stand (24 PLS) is also available as option.
